Why is there a 12-month commitment?
The first year includes substantial analysis, design and rebuilding work before launch, plus twelve months of hosting and ongoing improvement. The complete commitment is stated upfront instead of hiding the rebuild behind a fake low monthly price.
What happens over the year?
We review search, performance and visitor evidence, identify useful opportunities, and ask for the real business information needed to build them. One useful idea. One short email. About 60 seconds of your time.
Do I have to learn WordPress or another CMS?
No. Reply to an email with the requested paragraph, photograph or correction. We build the improvement and send it back for approval.
What happens after the first year?
Before renewal, we confirm the ongoing scope and annual payment so you can make a deliberate decision. There is no artificial lock-in.
Do I own my domain and content?
Yes. Your domain, business information, photographs and data remain yours. We will not hold them hostage if you leave.
Does AI change my website automatically?
No. Modern tools help us analyse evidence and develop improvements, but material business and clinical claims require human review before publication.
Can you rescue an existing site?
Usually. We first check the domain, hosting, email, content and existing URLs so the move preserves what is valuable and does not casually break search visibility.
Is five pages a hard ceiling forever?
It is the included rebuild scope. Additional pages can be added progressively when evidence and genuine business information justify them; unusually large expansions are scoped separately.
Can I cancel?
The initial service covers the agreed first 12 months. At renewal you can continue or leave. We help with an orderly handover rather than manufacturing lock-in.
