What counts as a reasonable change?

Normal changes keep the existing site accurate and useful without turning every request into a new invoice.

Why charge annually?

The first year includes substantial design and rebuilding work as well as twelve months of hosting and care. We agree payment timing before work starts rather than hiding the rebuild behind a fake low monthly price.

What happens after the first year?

The managed website service renews annually at the current agreed rate. Before renewal, we confirm the ongoing scope and price so you can make a deliberate decision.

Do I own my domain and content?

Yes. Your domain, business information, photographs and data remain yours. We will not hold them hostage if you leave.

Does AI change my website automatically?

No. Modern tools help us analyse evidence and develop improvements, but material business and clinical claims require human review before publication.

Can you rescue an existing site?

Usually. We first check the domain, hosting, email, content and existing URLs so the move preserves what is valuable and does not casually break search visibility.

Is five pages a hard ceiling forever?

It is the included rebuild scope. Additional pages can be added progressively when evidence and genuine business information justify them; unusually large expansions are scoped separately.

Can I cancel?

The initial service covers the agreed first 12 months. At renewal you can continue or leave. We help with an orderly handover rather than manufacturing lock-in.
